Sammamish Parks & Recreation Closures for April

After careful consideration and with additional information from the Governor’s Office and King County Health Department this past week, the City will be canceling the following listed below. We apologize for the inconvenience, however the health and safety of our community is our highest priority.

All rentals canceled through April 24^th at the following sites (renters will be issued a full refund):

• Beaver Lake Lodge
• Beaver Lake Pavilion
• Picnic Shelters at Pine Lake Park, Ebright Park, East Sammamish Park, Beaver Lake Park and Lower Commons Park
• Athletic Fields at Eastlake Community Fields, Pine Lake Park, Beaver Lake Park, Klahanie Park and East Sammamish Park

All parks and trails will remain open for general use with the exception of playgrounds and the skate park.

Community events canceled:

• April 11^th – Eggstravangza (Coordinated by the YMCA)
• April 25^th – Earth Day (Coordinated by the City)
• May 16^th – Rig-A-Palooza (Coordinated by the City)

Meetings canceled:

• April 1^st – Parks Commission Meeting
• April 27^th - Arts Commission Meeting
• April 29^th – Youth Board Meeting

All volunteer work events canceled through April 24^th.
